Re: How soon did you Zaino?
zaino has a full suite of products to wash, prep and polish your car. for more info, check out http://www.zainobros.com. iirc, z7 is the car wash shampoo, z1 is the surface prep, z2 is the polish, and z6 is the spray gloss enhancer. there are a lot of people who say that zaino is hard to use, and not worth the effort, but i gotta think that they're just using it wrong, because zaino is the EASIEST stuff i've ever used.

I have to concur, while I don't profess to be a professional a detailer, the stuff is absolutely amazing. Typically with a wax you have to wait for it to haze and then you have to put in elbow grease to take it off. With zaino, while there are a few extra steps involved, the ease with thich it goes on an off is ridiculous. After you've applied the first base (which can take several hours w/o that new flashprep), it's merely a matter of maintaining it. I did my black eclipse gsx, every day for a week 1 hour each day. In the end it's absolutely beautiful.

the "walmart zymol" is not the real zymol. The real stuff is super expensive. It has been about 10 years since I have purchased Zymol, but I remember the pure carnauba waz to be close to $50 for the little tub. It was some seriously slippery stuff, though. It had the most beautiful , natural tropical smell to it also.
