I laughed my **** off at this all afternoon and I wouldn't feel right if I didn't share.
For those not in tune with the World Cup, a vuvuzela is a REALLY annoying horn that the fans have to basically make noise. However, it's so loud and annoying that it's all you hear during the broadcast on TV....hence, FAIL.

yea one of my friends just bought one if your neighbors are takin it to town real loud just break out the vuvuzela

Good lord they are the only thing i've hated about this world cup so far...well that and any Ref in a USA game... 
haven't watched the vid yet, but yea, those things are going all the time... it's all part of the game... for you non soccer fans haha
