I laughed my **** off at this all afternoon and I wouldn't feel right if I didn't share.

For those not in tune with the World Cup, a vuvuzela is a REALLY annoying horn that the fans have to basically make noise. However, it's so loud and annoying that it's all you hear during the broadcast on TV....hence, FAIL.
