Auto vs Manual 1/8 Mile Video (HD)
well the 370 is just a sweet car all around
you should get some cams...we need more 12 second NA vq powered cars(that aren't spec v's)
idk it just seems much easier to squeeze power out of K20s. I had a a race header with greddy sp2 on my rsx and it was pretty damn quiet yet gained a good amount of power, seems like with these cars as soon as you take the cats out you get either crazy rasp or something that sounds like a sick race car, which is great but you can't dd it...idk

its hilarious how you guys with your automatic 14 second cars with 3 bolt ons and a 350z that has a bunch of **** done just to run a time that stock 370z could match are acting like you know so much about drag racing and don't even even realize that certain tracks (and dynos for that matter) just read higher (or lower)
my brother's crappy LS1 gto with a cam and LS6 heads should be able to beat EVERY NA G35, yet he doesn't give two ****s about what it runs and you guys with your autos are EXPERT drag racers because you are informing me (for the first time obviously) about density elevation correction...lol

<-----had a mid 11's 1g dsm in 00-01. Followed by a 430whp 4 door gsr (one of the first honda's to make over 400whp on pump) that ran a best of 11.2@128 from 01-04. Lastly, I got this car in 05. I drag race because my life is filled with stresses and racing is my escape/ stress reliever.
I've probably made well over 500 passes in my life. Density altitude can make a staggering difference in ET and MPH. I run in the 103.5 range with DA's in the 2200'-2700' range (summer), 106 in 700'-1200' (fall), and wel...l I'll get back to with some late fall-winter DA's (-200' to -1000').

I am not gonna get caught up in this whole argument, I just wanted to say to the OP that you need a camera mount for your videos.

Stock G's are running 9.5-10's there. It's a very slippery track.
