maybe the k20 engines respond better to bolt-ons because the bolt-ons are a greater difference than the bolt-ons for the G. Supposedly the G has a lot of stock high-performance engine parts right? so a bigger intake with a better filter will only be a little better than the good stock. The G's have a great exhaust versus the rsx's stock dinky exhaust (in comparison to aftermarket)..


Maybe what i'm alluding to is the fact that the RSX stock isn't anywhere near it's max potential (referring to parts) versus the G where they come with a lot of high-flow blah blah blah.

+1 , the revup motors in our 05+ G's and Z's is the most tuned and highest powered version of the VQ, and that is the reason why NA mods have small to no effect compared to honda motors.

 

yeah... i completely agree...

thats y modded RSX-S are pretty damn fast.. i could run high 13s all day in my old rsx. so im speaking on past experience.
