You are da man! Now for a dumb question is the EFI harness the one thats on the engine or the dash? Also will osiris be able to reflash the 5AT to a 6MT?

The EFI harness is the engine harness It connects from the engine and all sensors to the ECU and interior. Osiris will be able to remove the codes you will get when you keep the 5AT ECU. more on wiring and stuff within the next two weeks. The clutch pedal is in but there is no real simple, cookie cutter way of doing it. You just need to go down there and mark it. then drill.

Ah if thats the case i need a tune anyway so i may as well just keep the 5AT ecu and wire up the nutreal switch and reverse lights and that switch to the clutch pedal. What would really be cool is to figure out a way to have the 5AT gear indicator indicate what gear your in when you swap it to manual. Then again i dont think it can display a 6 so for 6th gear so your stuck.

Yes, but a writeup for this part won't help. It is probably the most frustrating part of the swap. All I can say is line up the clutch pedal next to the brake pedal, then mark the holes. You with drill. I will provide pictures but you'll see what i'm talking about. The pedal was not installed 100% OEM as the car did not have the indents on the firewall. It is kind of lopsided but it works. I will actually be redoing this with an internal willwood setup. more pics to come...

Okay, so the pedal is only secured by the two bolts from the master cylinder? Nothing for the top hole on the pedal?

^ Thank you i was actually just thinking of it today. Being i got my tune my last power adder for a while will be cams but thats going to be expensive so i think il focus on this project next. I gotta play with osiris though to make sure i can kill the codes im going to get from the TCM. If not im going to have to hunt down a 6mt ecu wiring harness and gauge cluster (which id love to do but those parts are kind of hard to find)

I think we would all love to see the wiring you did with the 5at harness and some pics of the clutch pedal installed. Thanks for all you have done so far.
