Information please

I've got a 2004 nissan 350z Auto. The engine is stuffed in it....

I've sourced another 2003 Nissan 350z 6speed manaul half cut (Crashed but engine and running gear is fine)

Is this just a matter of u- bolting from the half cut and bolting back onto my car??

Will I be encountering any tricky wiring? will everything work fine, e.g. cruise control and will there be any warning lights on the dash?

Was this completed Demolition? I would love to see a video with it running.

I'm curious if the early sedan with their ECU problems would run into a whole different set of wiring issues compared to the others?

Yes, This was completed and I helped a few people out over aim and Facebook. Hopefully they can chime in. Everything went through great and you can't tell the car used to be auto. I will have another swap coming through within the next few weeks. I will take the time to take pictures and get a full write-up.

If you buy used not bad i had a guy local that had everything EXCEPT the gauge cluster and he was willing to give it to me for 2k which isnt bad considering all the parts.

This is a great thread and a wealth of knowledge! Props to you guys who are tackling this first, its always hardest to be first at something.

My questions is this... Is this possible with V36's? What about the G35x with AWD? Very interested in this as I've got a 07' G35x... Love the 5AT and the ATTESA-ETS pro, but I'm used to rowing through gears and miss having a manual.
