Same. I'd stick with OEM just because it will fit like OEM.

I actually read that the engine bays are slightly different between the Z and G and that the stock Z-tube has a tendency to rub a little (in the G engine bay). I think that the Stillen Z-tube has some bend in it to compensate. You may find that the Stillen tube fits better than the OEM one.

Not to mention that the Stillen tube is cheaper...

I run the Z tube. Fits perfect. IMHO, unless you want some blingity blang a blang, it's not worth the extra $ for anything else.

the z tube has no rubbing issues as long as you mount it the same way the stock tube mounted, ive had one since 500 miles and now at 63800 miles still no rubbing

My Z-tube fit like stock too. 10 minutes install. I'd much rather pay a few more bucks for a factory peice just because it's engineered right, even something as simple as an intake pipe.

I'm about to put a Z-tube on myself so it's good to hear the misfit thing is something of a myth. It seems like a lot of people were complaining about rubbing with the AC lines in a lot of the intake threads. Maybe people were doing something wrong?

I ended up cutting the bracket off of mine after I broke it and then with my throttle body spacer the bracket was useless unless I wanted to use their extension piece which is unneeded

I would get which ever one was less. The performance and fitment of both should be the same.

Looks like the Stillen Z-Tube goes for about $60. I believe that the OEM tube is about $75 and up, so Stillen has the better deal unless you can get one from a Z owner that is getting rid of his. The going price for a used Z-tube is about $50 unless you're lucky enough to get one for less.

In Canada, the dealerships charge about $150 CDN!!!
