I just bought a 2005, should I reset the ECU???

I just bought my 2005 G35 coupe 2 weeks ago with less than 8300 miles on it...which means the previous driver drove it less than 4200miles/year based on the time she bought it...My question is should I unplug my battery and leave it off for 5-10 minutes and let the computer reset so it can adapt to my driving habit? My driving is about 18k/year and I've put 900 miles in this car since I got it 2 weeks ago.

Now, if I do take off the battery, any precaution as far as prepping the car? I know I should keep the windows down so when I plug the battery back in, I don't have reset the windows for it to seal when I close the doors....or was it the other way around???

Don't bother. The computer will adapt to your new driving habits.

True...only if you want to feel the difference sooner, otherwise it will eventually adapt to your mods as well.
