Well, I have some other issues that aren't worth going in to right now that also might be related...but the long and the short of it is; At normal cruising speeds in third or higher, if I let the RPMs stay around the 2,700 - 3,300 range; my car seems like it can't decide if it wants to be in the boost area or the vacuum area (perhaps), and starts to feel a little jittery. After that the CEL will flash for a few seconds and then go away (probably goes away because I shift gears to move the RPMs). I usually have a couple CEL codes at any given time (because of the other unmentioned issues) so I can't determine if it is the misfire code or the lazy O2 sensor code. (I have 2 simulators and two O2 sensors all in one area of the exhaust where test pipes or cats would normally be. I'm gonna throw some resonated test pipes on there soon to get that part out of the way.

Sounds like you may need a better tune, and you may have a fouled plug. CEL Blinking is a misfire happening right then and there as per many skilled Nissan members.

Due to the fact that you are on boost here are some things that you may look into:

Injectors Sticking
Too Lean/Rich on that Given RPM Range

Also you have to remember the Variable Valve Lift occurs around those said RPM ranges, So the tuner needs to compensate for that event.

RTP's will give you a bit more power especially since you are boosted, and so long as your tune is on point. You'll smell more gas in the cabin as there are no CATs, but overall the car will be a bit more aggressive.

Also make sure you have colder plugs...

I'm sure you knew some of if not all of stuff but just giving you some of my experience with boosting cars.

Yeah thanks for the insight. Those suggestions are in line with what I needed to do/planned to do based on the other things. You're probably dead on with the tune though. Colder plugs are in my hands right now. And test pipes are to be ordered.

Good to know I'm already on the right track though.
