That's about right. Megan makes decent middle-of-the-line stuff. They are low price and decent quality. One thing I would avoid is cheap headers, they are a pain to install and headers are a picky product, you can easily loose power with the wrong set. I'm not saying you have to get the most expensive ones but do your research and find dyno results from owners, not the manufacturer's claims.
