Electric fan

I just change my belts, ever since I've been having an issue with the electric fan. It feels like the fan is constantly on after the car has been driven a few minutes.. It dosen't take long before the fan cuts on and it usually stays on until the car is shut off. Any suggestions??

One fan or both fans? How cold is it outside?

The fans should have a low engagement point of 202* (turn off once cooled to 193*) and a high engagement point of 211* i believe.

You can check the values with an OBDII reader

With it being 25-35* outside here in Utah right now, my fans are not on very much at all. I think they have come on 2-3 times during the last few days that I have driven my car.

are they both blowing air? Are you sitting in traffic for a while?

In stop and go driving it should come on/off.

Have you checked your coolant reservoir to make sure its at the MAX level? Unless your car is running a little hot there is nothing to worry about as long as both fans are pulling air.

Just an FYI, I found the letter. It says that on some 04-07 G35 Coupes, the radiator fan motor maybe become in-operable...etc.

"Nissan has extended your new vehicle's New Vehicle limited Warranty as it applies to the Radiator Fan Motor to 96 months, 100,000 miles (whichever occurs first). All other warranty terms, limitations, and conditions remain unchanged."

ALSO, "if you have previously paid to have your radiator fan motor replaced due to failure, you may be eligible for reimbursement of the expense for parts and labor that you incurred."
