So to sum this up if you want to use the the stock valve cover gaskets get a 17/8" hole saw and W0133-1641400 ishino seals. But don't pry off the retainer that holds in the old seals use the hole saw.

Those are vq30 seals, I have the OEM ones and they don't fit. Are the ishinos dimensionally different? That part number interchanges with what I have.

Crap. Maybe I need to read all these posts again I was just about to go and buy a set from autozone and start doing my spark plugs. If that is not the right part number which one is?

After wasting half my day I came up with 2 part # 13276-31U1A and #13276-31U21 one of these has to be it. I went to the nissan dealership they didn't have any one of them in stock. I'm gonna keep researching it because I refuse to pay over $60 for just the seals, $170 for and exhange and rebuild or $300 bucks for valve covers when the only thing that is wrong with them is the seal. I don't care if anyone says "Hey its a luxury car" its still a nissan. I went through the same thing with the valve cover gaskets for my lincoln ls and those are 20x worse than these.

Neither of those part numbers will work.
