Angry New Here!! Need Help! Engine won't start! Runs rough with low rpm

Hey guys im new here, im seeking help as my engine with a 6MT tranny isn't starting and running low RPM (200 and leads to stall). I have a feeling it has something to do with fuel pressure but i've gone insane looking around forums trying to find out how to test it. The starter, battery, and alternator are good so those aren't contributors, also there are NO engine codes. I notice that early in the morning when it is, well less humid and hot here in Miami, the engine will hard start but none the less start. I have to keep on the gas to keep it from stalling but it will stay on. BUT if i let it die it and the engine is warm, it won't start up. What do I do?

IMPORTANT SIDE NOTE** I also have a tapping noise but was told from family friend and infiniti mechanic that it is lifter noise, what should I do.
Thanks!

EDIT** Car has 49k Miles, If rev'd past around 3k engine will lose fuel pressure (what I believe) and begin to die. Could this be a fuel problem??

See if the throttle body needs to be cleaned and ensure the oil is topped off.

video of said noise. Typically you need shim buckets to adjust for the gap and get rid of the noise. 6mt tends to chatter as well from the flywheel and a video would be nice.

you can test fuel just by standing out and shooting starting fluid up the intake tube if it keeps running with a burst of starting fluid then you know its a fuel problem. We do have some what of a problem with fuel pumps so it could be the issue. As for the tapping faiz23 is corrrect about the shims.

um, the fuel pumps VERY RARELY have problems - I wouldnt start with that. Its more likely to be a vacuum leak somewhere. Especially with only 49K miles.

RPM is corrected!! now have to diagnose the ticking and why the car is dying if I keep revs too high or or don't rev at all.....
