WOW!!! New Stainless Steel Shift **** Design

I was reading thru the 350z forums and came across this post for a shift ****.

I've actually seen it and shifted with it in person.
I honestly think it's one of the best shift ***** for our cars.

Take a look:

Pics from the thread are below for a quick look.

Has a unique shape and has the bottom finisher included. (looks like all 1 piece) and has some decent wait to it. (11.2 ounces)

As soon as it's available, i'm getting one.

I couldnt live with the fingerprints I'd leave. I like the stock one better.

Which brings me to a question, I test drove the M3 stick.. thought all performance cars had a small gear shift, why is M3's gear shift so long?

Nah... i'm not gonna get a new exhaust. Plenty happy with it.
Even if i do get this new one and it doesn't match, it's a great shift ****.
Worth the sacrifice.

As for heat, it's nothing like the aluminum on the top of the stock ****.
That part will put a hole thru your hand, even if it wasn't hit by sunlight.

SS will be much cooler than Aluminum. Not as cool as Titanium, but still...

Yours is nice too bro.
But i think this thread was for this new shift **** about to come out.
Let's keep our focus on the new ****, not yours.
(Props tho *thumbsup* you have one SWEET ride!)

I'm with MEECHIN on this one. I think i'll be getting one of these as well.
Looks very practical.

Who cares about fingerprints? You're not robbing a bank man. You're shifting. Please don't get this shift ****. You'd be taking away from someone who would enjoy it and definitely appreciate it more. (someone like me)

Count me in!!!

Yeah ... and I'll never forget the time when I burnt myself silly with the aluminum plate atop the oem ****. Fortunately, Stainless Steel (303) has thermal conductivity that is roughly 10 times better than aluminum. This **** will only be warm to the touch under most conditions. Pure titanium is on par with stainless steel with respect to thermal conductivity. Some alloys of titanium are significantly better, however, but not all.

You'll be happy to know the **** has micro grooves that suppresses finger prints quite well.

These pics will better represent how they'd look inside a G35.

Guys, I’ve gotten my hand around this thing before. I have a nismo gt **** right now, which was a significant improvement over stock. I swear, the gt **** felt like utter trash after I felt this one. Clint’s design is just top notch, and if you like the gt ****, you will love this one. 'Nuff said, go sign up on the my350z list!

It does look pretty cool but come August I'd have 3rd degree burns to go with my 2nd degree burns from July.

LOL! That won't likely be the case ... Stainless Steel is vastly better than aluminum in the heat. For more info, check the my350Z thread at the top of the post.
