Talking Finally got my reflash done at TS with dyno results!

The car seems to pull harder especially down low, but I could tell that it could pull harder up top since power seemed to die as I got towards 6000-7100. I attributed this to the rich A/F ratio that my wideband was reading at 11.5:1 at WOT. Out of precaution, I took the car to get readings to see what the car was putting down and to also see if my o2 sensor on my wideband was reading correctly.

Here are the results-

-ARC Intake
-350evo throttle body
-Crawford Headers
-Helix Test Pipes
-JIC Y-Pipe
-JIC Single Exit exhuast
-One Step Colder Plugs
-Sun Cyberspeed Ground System
-UR Pullies
-TS Reflash and running 11.2:1 (on wideband)
-Exhaust Leak

262.4hp @ 6211 / 257 TQ @ 4821

DYNO GRAPH #1 (Torque and A/F Curve)

DYNO GRAPH #2 (Torque and HP)

It looks like there is a lot of room for improvement as I am running way too rich from 3000 to 7100. I am very happy with the numbers especially for NA without going internal and no plenum or IM.

For NA...you would think...like you said...alot left in it . Thats the tuff part about the flash. Getting it right . Get that up to 12.5 to 12.8 A/F and it will fly

Honestly, with your mods, I would have expected higher on Church's dynapack. Stock 6MT 350Zs are about 255 there, stock 298HP 6MT G35s are about 268.

One the graph it says that he has a 6MT, dynoed in 4th gear. But the MPH near redline is only 97 MPH. Shouldn't it be more around 110 or so?

What was your "before" dyno on that machine? I assume you did one. Right? Right?

I'm going to try to get it to 13.5:1 to 13:1 up top since I road race it. Hopefully more respectable numbers will follow

Yeah, somehting is going on. I would liek to compare the whole dyno chart to others to see if I am making more power underneath the peak numbers to see if my mods have done any justification

Well, here's my last one at Church's dyno. G35 5AT. It was actually not my all time best there. The best runs where with a stock plenum and 1/4" spacer in January 2005, when I was getting into the 275s. But I'm was running more lean in July than in Jan with the addition of the exhaust mods.

Mods are:
crawford V5
1/4" spacer
popcharger
UR crank pulley
Japtrix B-pipe
Gruppe-S Y-pipe

Got the car on the lift to fix my exhaust leak and the culprit was a cracked test pipe! I will post pics tomorrow

My cracked test pipe is replaced and the reflash was redone at TS once again to lean her up a bit. At 3K to 4.5K it is about 13:1 and it dips really fast to 12:6 then back up to 12.9:1 to 13:1 the rest of the way till redline. I can't wait to dyno it again

Your 13.5:1 goal might be a bit lean...I would keep an eye on EGT's, especially when racing and/or running in the high revs for a continued period. I wouldn't want much leaner than 12.8:1 as Booger mentioned above......

Good luck.
