Yeah ARC is pretty expensive. I got mine off a guy who sold his 350 and never got to install it so it only set me back about $100 CDN.

You gotta admit they look good.

does anyone have a website or local (canada..) place that I can buy some rigid vaccum grade hoses?

All that I can find don't really seem to withstand the heat + vaccum force that the hose is going to go thru..

I can't even find fuel injector hose locally :<

Fuel Injection Hose is what I finally settled on and it works great. I had to go to quite a few shops to track it down. Good luck!

about the hose, is it possible to goto a dealership and buy the OEM hose?

In reference, trey.hutcheson's pictures a few posts up, the rightmost picture shows the catchcan with two different types of hoses. One I assume is OEM and the other is picked up elsewhere.

I found the fuel injection hose after going to 4 Kragen auto parts stores. With the regular fuel/emissions hose, I didn't like the fact that the line would collapse at idle and expand back under light throttle. The fuel injection hose quickly remedied that issue.

Well..I gathered all the parts (including the damn fuel injector hose) in around 2 hours.. and got the whole thing installed

However, I do notice that there is quite a bit of buzzing sound coming from the Oil Catch Can.. I wonder is it because of the fiter in place? or does anyone else experience this? (I know you guys think that the "air sucking" noise is from the filter, but I have already drilled a 1/4" hole at the buttom of the white filter..so I am not sure wherere is the buzzing sound come from... Engine ? or if there is a leakage in my fittings)

Anyways, I have taken a short 15 mins drive and have noticed nothing but those buzzing sound. It seems like the fuel injector hose is able to hold up against the vacuum

Thanks

Try removing the white filtering element. As DaveO had mentioned earky on, it may be too constrictive. I have made a few of these without the white filtering element and there are no issues, at this time.
