when you do give me a call. the dead line is March 15th for S corps. and if your an LLC they only go back 75 days so if you want the best tax treatment you need to file fast.

Partnerships are due 4/15, which is completely retarded since of course that's when your personal return is due. I luv tax season.

Are there tax advantages by becoming a "P.A." or is it mainly to shelter yourself from liabilities?

P.A. is not a seprate taxing entity. Your either Sole prop, C corop, S corp, Partnership, LLC.

P.A.s from my understanding are usually personaly service corporations which isn't the best tax treatment.

The only PA's I am familiar with are law firms. But some law firms are LLC's.

yeah i would say a majority are LLCs now a days. On all my LLCs i file fore Scorp treatment just to get them a better tax treatment. Unless they have some sort of special agreement where they dont split the profits pro rata.

It use to be S corps that were hot now LLCs about 5 years ago became real popular.
