Don't apologize, that's what this thread is for!

I wish I could help you though... but tires arent really my thing. I would refer you to a friend of mine but he's in Orlando.

The only thing is either a bad batch of tires or alignement.

Did you check it out?

Wouldn't the fronts go bad too?

Haven't gotten an alignment yet on these tires, don't want to spend money if I don't have to. The manager of the shop looked at them and didn't really seem concerned with the alignment, I honestly had the car aligned 2 months before I got the new tires by Infiniti, but who knows what happened in two months. I don't drive like I'm 18 anymore, but I do drive moderately. Most of my mileage comes from hwy commuting. The manager said he had to contact his district manager, then he was going to contact his suppliers, then Falken to find out what everyone has to say.

Not sure what the process is between the tire shop and the distributor and/or the tire shop and or "Falken". Wonder what my recourse could be in this situation.

As far as I am concerned the tire shop is my friend right now because they are the only ones who can "help" me get any sort of refund or replacement or prorated deal.

IMO I don't think I should have to pay for 2 new tires, but I am kinda expecting to have to pay for something... Maybe Falken will issue a request to the tire shop to take the 2 rears off and replace...

Does anyone know if Falken will reimburse the Tire shop? And if they do will it be 100%? I mentioned that Falken "should" replace the tires and the manager said it would still come out of his pocket. I guess I don't understand why it would.

Just trying to play out every scenario so this way I am prepared to get bent over for something whether it be analignment <--- look close, or buying 2 tires at a pro-rated cost, or replacement with alignment etc.
