Mark at SGP is talking me into running the Greddy TT unit on my car (2006 coupe 6mt). I told him my goal is 350-360 rwp w/ maximum safety and reliability. His suggestion is to use the Greddy TT w/ low boost (6 lbs) wich will keep things safe for my stock internals. This set up, he claims is really the best over over SC and ST.
He is correct that this set up is probably the best in terms of reacing my HP and safety goals. The only problem is the cost. If he can do it w/ the HKS F-con IS (a brand new engine management system, much better than the Gredyy EU and half the price of the V-pro) for 8K I will definately go for it.
Of course it will probably be more that that.
Any opinions?

Sounds like a good plan to me. The TT is great set-up. I would say go Vortech but the Greddy will have less lag and tons of room to grow if you decide.

The rev up engine works real nice with the greddyTT. At 6lbs I did 378 and 7lbs 412.stock no exhuast at that time.
Mark has quoted my a price of 8.7K for EVERYTHING out the door...w/ HKS V-pro IS installation and tune...fuel pump, BOV etc..... I am going for it!
PHILO: so, you did absolutely NO internal work?
I hear that the Rev-up has stronger internals anyway.

Philo: What engine management are you running, and should I get gauges?
Never mind...it looks now, like when all is said and done I will be paying 10 K...I knew 8.7 was too good to be true.

more like $15K for a complete TT install with gauges, clutch, exhaust, test pipes, etc. Chit adds up quick!
I already have the test pipes....and yes, I have to get gauges...I need boost...what else?

Minimum IMHO:
Boost, wideband AFR, EGT
Supplemental:
Oil pressure, oil temp, fuel pressure, etc......

You should stay pretty close to 10K, and I cant wait to see your numbers! Going TT is def worth the cash, especially if you arent going to be selling your car anytime soon, I know I am not going to be selling at all, Ill just get another car, and another, and another haha...
I recomend the Defi Gauges, but these things are expensive!
