Secondary Injection w/ EU and Greddy TT

With my built motor and twins, we decided to go a different route in regards to fuel. Instead of doing 6 big injectors, we decided to try something old and true: secondary injection and of course, a fuel return. Pro drag cars have used it for years, and it has proven reliable.

The Greddy EU is capable of controlling 2 extra injectors, much like the Stillen SS box controls a 7th injector. So, I'm using 6 stock injectors and 2 850cc injectors. That should supply more than enough fuel for now until I built the 5AT. My tranny will become suspect way before I run out of fuel, but I play to run high/low at about 500whp and 400whp, respectively.

Dyno sheet coming soon

Hi Andy, looks good! I know Scott has used this method (added injectors) on a lot of the S2000's with great success. Will be very interesting to see the results. I know I only have 440's and the EU has a hard time with keeping things smooth unless at WOT. Quality fab work as usual. Can't wait to see the results!

Why not use 3 injectors extra on boost and flow E85 or pure ethanol in these units from a seperate tank/pump.

cause it's a DD and I would need to keep it full at all times and not be able to boost until I fill up again. It's also very scarce around here.

nice fab work. does it matter that they are pointed straight into the flow direction? i figure it would be better to flow with the air, but i see that there isn't much room to work with.

Actually, placement of the injectors is key. We fire against the air flow to help atomize the fuel better . If you have proper atomization, anywhere the air goes the fuel will go If the injectors were in the middle and going with the flow, then there would be no way for the fuel to get to the back of the plenum.
