Moving along nicely.

Finished the up pipe today with wastegate. Positioned the WG on a nice angle so the exhaust flow into it nicely instead of ninety degree angle.

Started on the intercooler piping and open dump for a lil noiseDOMO

This is the passenger side of intercooler, looping it around just need some straight pipe to finish.

And the intake, waiting for the replacement turbo to arrive to finish it and set the BOV.

Have some 3" V band clamps on the way and need to order some 3" SS for the down pipe to tie into the rest of the exhaust.

I bent it out of the way but need to fasten it so it doesn't move. At first it looked like it needed to be re-routed but it will be fine.

Again, this project looks like it is going great, you must really know what you are doing. I guess the true test will be the dyno. What power are you hoping to get from this turbo kit?

Hopefully in the 370rwhp range would be nice, but it's all in the tuning and I am not responsible for that.
If it was my car I would tune it to the ragged edge to see how much it could handle till it popped then rebuild it with forged internals.DOMO

nice build man! everythings looks good. its funny how so many people on this forum like to talk so much **** when people make their own turbo kits, exhausts, and many other things. If we had more people like this we would have alot more progress on finding ways to make our cars faster for cheaper instead of waiting for the large compaines to make it and sell it for much more.
