1. Get 1-step colder plugs
2. Tap your RPM right off your injector. The G35 service manual will tell you which wire color to tap off from) - I think you can download it free if you search for it (PDF)
3. For 100-shot and over, you'll need to pull some timing. Uprev Osiris is a low-cost alternative for custom tuning to a full-up piggyback ECU.

4. Check to see if you need a permit for Nitrous or not. Some states require a permit to purchase and besides it costing money, it can take a LONG time to get (1-2 months)

Pull the plugs and check them. If they look OK mechanically, then check there color against a suitable chart. There are a lot of charts available that you can find with a Google search that will show you what is normal, what is rich, and what is lean. If you are running too rich, one or more of the plugs may be fouling out.
