Shell rotella synthetic 5w40
We use it in all of our farm semi trucks that have more than a million miles per engine. Rotella has rated one of the best oils by independent university testing.
I use it in all the race bike engines I build as well as cars. It's about half the price of any other brands as well so double bonus.

I keep hearing about this stuff- I've seen a few power users I trust swear by it and I'm intrigued. I'm running the 5w40 Motul 300V right now and probably for 1 more change- at least until I get a UOA done on it and see how it's performing.
