I like the input you folks are doing with the stillen set up... i spoke with Stillen last week about a 05 6 speed stage 3 and they told me mid summer.... booo hooo lets start a group buy on the 05-06 manual supercharger set up and get stillen moving on this.......i want one so bad... i figured if we contack stillen with about 5-7 or so people that want this maybe it'll make them mover quicker when they have a deposit fo so many. what ya think people?

what was being skimped? all he mentioned was the position of the pump... not the functionality.

SIMPLICITY is the way to go......
FYI
The Greddy beat the Stillen in that video by 0.039 seconds.

Think logically as to why an aftermarket fuel pump not sitting EXACTLY MILLIMETERS FLUSH in an OEM location would cause the pump to not operate properly. When you do; you will realize that there is no "why" to that question; and your assumption is wrong.

Why would u dish out that kinda money to get Stillen? I would have put that money towards the ATI ProCharger, thats so much more worth it. Wait...I did...it'll be here in a month. Anyway, congrats and enjoy.

doesn't the warrenty on the stillen kit simply cover your engine block and nothing more? Not labor or anything

also, kinda lame that the blower unit itself is only covered for 1 year under warrenty from stillen.

http://www.stillen.com/product_detail.aspx?sku=407350IC

for comparison stock vortech is covered for 3 years, and 1 year if you change the pulley

really in all aspects of the different kits out there, anybody who does buy the warranty just thru there money out the door.i dont care what kit you bought there will be some way that a warranty will be turned down.with turbonetics maybe the only one.btw who cares if the vortech is covered for 3 years, you dont see them on any production car do you,but the eaton(magnusson)is on all kind of production cars.nuff said about warranty.

yeah I tend to agree the warrenties are generally useless cause who really does a bone stock SC install?

there's all sorts of things that don't come on production cars, does that mean they're not any good if ford or whoever isn't using them?
