this whole comparison of the gen coupe to the g37 is just plain retarded,
do a gen coupe with an altima coupe,
the altima coupe still wins ....

totally agree to this!!
i was gonna get a genesis first, but then i had an option of buying a used g35 vs a brand new genesis..i m choosing the g35 because its just a classic and everybody knows how good a G is rather than a genesis..its a new car so first thing, not many ppl are sure how its performance and stuff is and another thing that i didnt like in a genesis was its belt..its not the regular belt in the engine..its a chain belt..so when it slips..a person is scruedd!!! haha so definitely a G35

G35 coupe will be a classic...
Genisis will be forgotten in a few years...

Chain belts are encased in a housing. There are no maintanence needed on them. Belts on the other hand, need to be checked and replaced every so often. There is a reason why people prefer chains vs rubber belts.

G > Gen. I've had some experience w/ hyundais and I won't ever get in one again. Unless nissan takes over Hyundai and starts producing some real cars. The biggest prob that Hyundais have is the head gasket. I've known too many people that have had to had their head gasket replaced. You think tht we've got rattles and random noise? The Hyundais are 10 time worse and the panel fittings and alignment are pure crap. My 2 Cents...

LoL... this thread is still going on? Well... even though this stupid looking Hyungay isnt my cup of give a ****. I'll fling some more monkey poop at it.

Anyone noticed the 3rd pic from the bottom? The close up? Is it just me or does that look like a TON of orange peel? Also, i saw one of those ugly things coming on base yesterday... looked like the result of Paul Bunyan closing one nostril and exhaling. If you know what i mean.

That black one may look kinda nice in that pic that was posted awhile back. But, no one knows how whored that pic was on photoshop. I said it once, and ill say it again, its a damn tiburon that someone polished up. But, you know what they say.... You can polish a turd till it shines, but in the end, its still a turd.

I hate being biased because I have a G, but even though the genesis has a good engine and performs well, every time people ask me what kind of car I drive, I just say infiniti and people want to see it, I could not say the same about people who have hyundai. And i've never seen a hyundai turn heads how a G can. so looks, reputation, interior, G>Genesis.
