don't let this one "bad" experience get to you.
This is not "G35 Driver forum" and you are not "King of the world" that everyone should bow down to, drop everything that they are doing and respond to your pm's (no offence intended)
You bought a used item and you need to assume the responsibility of inspecting this item before use.
Think of it this way.........you offer the seller to take the item back and you cover the shipping, he accepts. You pay $5 for shipping and get your money back. Then you go and get new ones. At the end you are out of $5 you paid for shipping and some more from purchasing a new ones.
Instead.........go to Homedepot, get some glue or sealant for $5 and get this over with.
Prollem solved..........No need for "bashing" nobody.

Yeah used parts like a cylinder head, engine block maybe cams but corner lamps? You cant even see where it leaks. Why only after weeks of use and not right after you got them out of the box?
Wow " Welcome to the G35 Driver forums " Thanks Glad to see its like this around here.. Good points you know I really didn't think of any of those.
You could turn your whole thing around and say the seller should of tested that they didn't leak before he verified they don't without any testing.
I specifically asked before buying these exact questions.
He specifically repplied
Did you specifically test them before you installed?
NO!
PS.. Wow I know not to buy anything from you, Nice replys to your visitor messages, Simple questions with smart *** remarks.. Amazing.
ooooooooooooh c'mon now, you're mad at me now?

Im not going to file a dispute its over principle im not trying to make a huge deal I would think for the sake of being a good person it would of been covered. Nothing more nothing less.. I didn't bash the guy once and or threaten at all.
I wouldn't mind just sealing but they appear foggy inside now even when dried out.

It's fragile. So if dispute is filed then it will have to be determined when it was damaged.
According to seller it was fine when it was shipped. (so it was not shipped damaged)
According to the buyer package arrived in good condition and not damaged (so it was not damaged during shipping)
According to buyer it was in unknown state when he got it. (problem could have occurred after item was received)
Problem was discovered by a buyer after more than a week of using it. (problem could have occurred while used by buyer)
dispute is ruled in favor of the seller due to no sufficient facts that item could have been damaged while handled by him.

It's leaking where the 2 pieces are joined. Is there any clear evidence of someone tampering with it? If not i don't see how this would be in any way Gtrefever's responsibility...even if the issue was already there he obviously had no idea of knowing. Jeremy is a honest guy. I also find it very hard to believe there is a leak where the 2 are joined. Even when i modified mine it took about an hour with a dremel just to separate the pieces. Unless someone seriously chucked the corner at a concrete wall i don't see how that just happens. For all we know you could have dropped or something. Either way you bought an as is item. Just seal the thing back up, it's a freakin sidemarker, imo you didn't even need to get back to him, seal it up be on your way.
