Might as well give him another partial refund for damaged carton box.

Dude, you yelling and responding this immaturely can only hurt your reputation. I had no idea who you were before this thread was made, and I simply wouldn't purchase from you based on your responses. I understand you're probably upset but it is how you handle situations like this that will help your reputation.

Because of your lazy @$$ attempt at shipping these items, and because you included the struts in the for sale thread, you are obligated to make things right. I would offer a partial refund for the struts. Like I said before, chock it up as a loss and just deal with it. You messed up, it happens. Offer him something back and get on with your life.

Canadian, the struts werent part of the deal...I think Chris made that apparent.

I'm sure the extra shipping charges were for the added weight of the struts...

Resoluion: Chris refunds the added shipping charge since the struts weren't an essential part of the deal...

who says im yelling, im writing the letters in caps as an alternative to BOLD, since most of my responses were from my iphone, so stop insinuating. i think ive been more then calm with my responses in this thread compared to some, even though this thread was directed to me

OP, since you have finally begun to PM me, / this thread, and lets settle this once and for all

Ya, so maybe this thread has gotten out of hand.... he said she said bullsh*t.

Screw a refund.... I don't need the money.. it's more about the principle. I will be much more careful in choosing who I do business with in the future and maybe this teaches a few other people to be more careful as well.

Caps = yelling. No matter what you try to say.. caps = yelling if you are posting online.

Since you posted the struts in the thread you still need to honor them.

No point in continuing to argue. You know what you should do. This is my last post.

You were looking for springs, you got your springs. IF he charged you the extra money for shipping costs because of the STRUTS, then let him refund that to you which was like what? $20? Technically, you were paid the money for springs. Principle or not, the item you originally paid for was Springs. You got what you wanted so man up and just move on and mod your car. Also, the whole part of you saying to be careful who to deal with in business? Yeahhh, you should have just bought your parts brand new then.
