I'd rather use regular gas than trying to save premium gas by keeping the revs under 3000.

I don't know about you but my 6MT starts waking up for real about 4000.

Still using premium here. I mean damn if you can afford a G then this shouldn't even be an issue. Of course unless you plan on not keeping the car then go ahead and be cheap I suppose..

You should not even be driving if you cannot afford to splurg an extra 2.00 to fill up with premium.

What a joke.

I am with you on that. Buy a Hyundai if you want to buy crap gas. Maybe a Kia Koupe. Otherwise just get premium like the owners manual and the inside of your fuel door say, you know "Premium Unleaded Only" is there for a reason.

My parents always ran Shell 93 Premium in all their cars and got better gas mileage than regular, so I decided to just use Shell 93 Premium in all my cars. Both my cars are luxury cars and recommend Premium anyway.

Plus now i get $0.10 off a gallon up to 35 gallons with my Kroger Plus card.

The Shell Station near my house just swapped out old tanks for new ones a year back as well.

Premium, my check engine light comes on if i use regular. I got a Costcos card too, they are always cheaper than the regular gas stations

BTW, i have a 97 ek for my daily driver, i fill up once in about a week and 1/2 for about $30
500 kms before another fill up!
