i like how you use the word investment with a car......
this isnt barrett jackson, and i hope to god you guys didnt buy your g35s thinking they will be worth more than what you bought them for.
you want a return, invest money or buy land. you want to have fun, buy a vehicle.

By 'investment' we mean intrinsic value, not monetary.
When I bought my G, I spend close to $2k on maintenance to make sure it was running as good as it does now (previous owner didn't take good care of it).
Its also the reason why I'm not dumping a ton of $$ on the car because you can hardly get that money back. I could've bought expensive Vossens, but the 19" Rays work just fine. Also, its common knowledge that factory condition cars hold their value more...
edit:
There's this 03 Blue G35 coupe in a small dealership that I pass by everyday on the way to work. It's priced at $5900 and I believe its a 6spd. Not a bad price, but I'm not sure of its condition. I might pop in there on my day off and just take a peek at it for ***** n giggles.

They only made the v35 coupe for 4 years! This car will become a classic!! Just wait and see. Once the whole import community accepts the fact that the g35 is the first imported skyline it will be a car highly sought after. Especially the well kept ones like mines!!!!
