PCV valve

Hey all! I've been looking everywhere for the PCV valve size (NPT) for my 05 coupe. From what i have saw i am leaning towards it being a 1/4 NPT.

16x1.25 and if you're looking for a delete to screw into the hole I think literally the only one on the market is the Project Import pcv to -8AN fitting because it's a nonstandard size.

If it doesn't have a shipping option on the website just call them (or email) and talk to them directly. They're pretty cool and can probably work something out.

There's also the option of drilling out the factory one but it's a pain because there's a piece inside that will spin. I recommend buying a second one and super glueing the valve inside so it no longer spins then you can drill it out.

Why are you trying to replace your PCV, they never wear out? When they get dirty shoot carb cleaner down both ends and shake it for a few minutes. When you hear it rattle add a towel and clean it, now you have a "good as new" valve!

My plan was to replace the PCV valve with a hollow fitting and attach a filter to vent all the blow by out instead of it getting re-routed back to the lower plenum.

Once drilled out what would be the point though? you wouldn't be able to connect any fitting to it after correct?
