If its running on starting fluid, that means your ECM is working fine.

How are you testing for fuel pressure?

Are any of the spark plugs wet after you crank the engine for a while?

 

I hope u got the problem fixed but if not I’d start by listening to injectors while cranking car if you don’t hear them clicking they probably aren’t spraying fuel you can use a stethoscope they are cheap if it runs on starting fluid and there’s pressure at the rail then it seems your eco is working I would think your injectors aren’t spraying also check for power at the injectors you can rent noid lights at the auto parts stores they plug into the injector plug and you can watch to see if there is a signal/power at injector it should be flashing fairly quick when cranking car hope this helps if no click or flashing injectors aren’t firing and it could be a short very slim chance it’s ECM gl hope this helps
