Best Oil?
#5
listen, i did search and got NO RESULTS. I searched like 3 times BEST OIL, BEST OIL FOR G35, G35 OIL, and still got NO RESULTS. I mean I'm not a noob so i think i know how the search function works...forgive me for "reposting" but i mean its not that big of a deal, i just asked a simple question. If all you want to do is say "put it in the right place" or "search" why even bother posting?

Sorry for the quick "search" statements but it seems like we have these motor oil questions every week.
If your car is going in for it's first oil change, I assume the car has under 10K miles. In that case, I doubt there would be much difference in the traditional dyno oils anyway. Once you put more miles on, Mobile 1 is what I would go with. Hope that helps.

For dino oils, you can't beat Havoline, and my car loves it (very quiet and smooth). Run Havoline at 3k intervals until 10k mi then switch over to any synthetic with the ACEA A3 rating on the back (Castrol Syntec 0w-30 made in Germany, M1 0w-40, etc.) This is what I would recommend based on alot of oil research for the VQ35.
