The VW remote diy is on page 15 of this thread. Almost step by step but pretty comprehensive. Seems pretty time consuming and detail oriented. My complements on you two who have done this. Those flip keys are awesome...
Well, with no luck getting the order info from DSI
I went ahead and did the easy part of this conversion myself, I got my G key/chip on there. A DYI on the electronics portion of it would be cool... but, I've been using my Viper/Clifford remotes to control everything anyways.
FYI, keys cost $2/ea at Home Depot. Mazda remote was $40/ea on eBay(I got 2 of them)
Which remote looks better w/ the flip key? I think I like the Clifford.

so now you just have an extra large key with buttons that doesn't do anything?

Which key at home depot did you use? Do you have an exact model which works. Also I assume you opened up the mazda key fob and put one of the chips from your infiniti key in?
