service engine soon is the same as a check engine light bring it to the dealer theres no reason y it wouldnt be covered under warranty

My "Service Engine Soon" light came on recently and I took my car to the dealer... They said it was a "small evap leak" and fixed it under warranty (@ 45k miles).

i have 48,000 miles on my car, my service engine soon light just came on today. Yesterday i got my tires balanced and my rotors cut and new brake pads. I have a Injen cold air intake in there, could it have to due with that possibly? The filter is also a little dirty on the intake, maybe thats it?
