Hey guys,
Just got back from my trip to Borla. I was in for possible leaks in my system and to pickup my OEM headers\exhaust. Thanks for Yuichi for pointing out I had leaks in my system. In any case, they fixed my car right away. In the meantime, I remembered my phone had a camera on it so I took some pictures. Shortly after though, my car was lifted up to be operated on. But of course, my phone decides to die on me....but I managed to get some pics of the facilities plus my next car that they were wroking on (I wish!), enjoy!

Another pic from outisde their 60,000 sq feet warehouse...actually I think it's 3 different warehouses....oen for production... one for packaging, and one for R&D.

I also saw a couple E55 AMG's (one new model and one last generation, the last generation had a Borla exhaust on it; I think the new one was for R&D) I also a Ford Mustang or (Stalker (it said Stalker)), had Baer brakes, Vortech supercharger, Borla exhaust and some other goodies (I believe this was used for SEMA as I saw a decal for SEMA on it). There were many other cars too including a lot of SUV's on dubs and custom paint with possible other goodies. But this car topped them all!!!! (I think they are doing R&D on this car as I saw the guy drop it off and fill-in a R&D dropoff sheet)....hopefully I could afford one in the future!

Did you happen to see the exhaust on the Murcielago? Was it stock or Borla on it when you saw it? The Borla system actually has 4 pipes coming out the back for the Murcielago. I don't know what to think of it but I would hope that it would sound awesome. But I don't really know how the Borla exhaust would be any better because the Murcielago's sound in stock takes your breath away as is! I am really, really interested in hearing more about the Borla exhaust on the Murcielago that is for sure. (oops.. this is a G35 forum!)

 

It had 4 pipes coming out the rear... I did manage a shot of the rear but i can not enlarge it as i took it as a medium quality shot on my camera-phone. I will post it now though...sorry for the quality! If you look to the right, that's the Mustang\Stalker I was reffering to before (yellow one)...I didn't know that murciealgo exhaust was from Borla, it didn't have the Borla print on the tips as we do so I figured it was stock...interesting....thanks
