How to Reset ECU?

How to Reset ECU?
I was told that after 1500 miles, i should reset my ecu. how do i go about doing this?

yeah i think i am due for a reset as well. my G seems to be getting a tad slugish. i havnt been able to drive as hard with all this damn snow
