hey,

all my lights on the dash, radio, compass are all out when I turn the light switch to Auto or other switches other than OFF. I know there are two visible fuse boxes (one under the hood and the other next to the clutch) but i don't think the fuses that i am looking for is in there. Can someone please help locate any other fuse boxes that might come with the car? Any pics would definitely help. I searched earlier and found a thread on Fuse Box - Junction Box. What's that and where's it located? simple English would very much be appreciated. Thanx!!

Looking at the owner's manual online, they're only showing the one next to the battery and the other by the dead pedal.

check the dial near the vdc next to your left knee when your sitting in your driving seat, you could have the dash lights turned off

There are 3 fuse boxes as far as I know. I had the same problem when I wrecked it last time. There is one next to your clutch, one next to your battery, and a VERY VERY sneaky one BEHIND the battery. You have to remove the cover a lil bit to see that one. I had to bring it into my friend's dad's shop and them found it for me. Hopefully that helps.

I had the exact same issue.. I checked all my fuses by the battery and beside my parking brake, all were fine... but in plain english, the fuse box you're looking for is hidden somewhere behind the battery in a black box... take that battery cover off, and take a peek behind there and you'll find it....
I took my car to the dealership and the blown fuse was right in there, they said it blew with such force that half the fuse was missing... heh

thank you all for replying so fast. I talked to this guy at work who has a G as well and he said that it would cost me about $300 to replace the module. He also said it is very common in the G35s. I'll check out the third fuse box today and will try to replace it and will post the results.

were there ever any recalls for these? infiniti dealerships are sharks!!! so expensive just for "diagnosing". They will try to rip you off as much as they legally can. Someone should open a shop to fix/repair infiniti/nissan cars at 50% of wut dealership charges!!! hehe.

Any repair manuals out for 2004 g35 yet?

Unable to create a thread and saw this was regarding fuse boxes. My led in the trunk recently went out and I confirmed that it is not the LED so I was thinking it may have something to do with the fuse box. I was wondering if someone could inform me which fuse box I should look at since I heard there are 2 fuse boxes. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
