Is This normal..

i recently brought 05g35 coupe 13xxx miles, premium package. well when i step on the break it make a loud noise from tires front to be exact. could this case from low-pro tires? only happen from 10-20mph. or maybe need an alignment?..

Depends, does it have the 19s on it? In many cases there have been issues with premature tire wear on the 19s...your tires, could just be at the end of their lives. I know its only 13k but depends on the previous driver. The tires are probably all scalloped. An alignment might help but I'm thinking new tires.

premature tire wear would make noise regardless if you step on the brake or not. I would check your brake pads, an easy way to check is to see if your brake fluid reservoir is low. Definitely jack up the car if you can, take the wheel off and do a visual inspection.

check your tires, you are having different brand name for each tires, different thread making noises and vibration when slowing down from 10 - 20 mph... just get new tires and u good to go..

If you have the oem 19's and these are the stock bridgestones, then this happens to everyone i know including me. Around town driving you will hit the brakes and have a loud *** tire noise. A friend of mine changed his tires to toyo's and he no longer has the issue. I'm just gonna wait until mine wear out then ill change them...but the tires are definitely the issue!

Yes, you will get tire noise, especially when braking. It's not "premature" tire wear, it's "uneven" tire wear or cupping that causes the noise. I made my whole stock set of tires on 19s last over 30K. The backs were just trashed by then, but the fronts still had some wear left. I decided to replace them all with Michelin Pilot Sport 2s instead, just for the noise up front, and I'm really happy with the new tires (except the price, ouch!)

so is it the tires or the stock factory alignment that is the culprit?

Thumbs up for this response. The identical issues has happened to me. Excessive noise when braking due to uneven tire wear. The original owner ran the car 38,000km on the original Brigdestones. I ended up replacing all 4 tires and got Yokohama Advan sports. Very very pricey but excellent tires!

Try the General Exclaim UHP's. GREAT performance, GREAT wear, and GREAT Price!! A guy in my neighboorhood with a 911 turned me on to them.
