What intake do you have? Who installed the spacer? Make sure there aren't any leaks in the intake plenum due to the spacer installation.
Again, the 20's may look cool but they are hindering your performance. Rotational, or unsprung, weight is the worst weight you can add to your car.

wheels are stock 18R.
intake & other equipment are stock.
i `ve done the full engine diagnostics & service 3000 miles ago. the service centre guys told me everything was in "excellent" technical condition.
i don`t know what`s the reason.
i`m gonna check everythig out these days at the service centre.

Yes it has a large effect, but not SO large. the more so that was a good evening, dry weather, no wind, 80 F degrees.
anyway, weather cannot influence SO much to change the 0-60mph time from 6 seconds to 8,2 seconds and 0-130mph time from 27 secons to 34 seconds.

Try resetting the ECU if you haven't yet, like everyone is suggesting.
Drive aggressive for the first hundred miles or so, so it learns.
Also, from the video, I would say that 0-60 is closer to 7 seconds.

The preparation was the next way: first I stopped, turned the ignition off, turned the ignition on, was driving aggressive for 15-20 minutes & then became to start.
it may be the stupid question but... how to reset the ECU?
