File a complaint with the NHTSA.

Non rev-up owners should too if having OC failures.

Wow have not heard of this problem with the non-revup motors. I have almost a 100K miles on my car and there has been no major oil consumption issues. Occasionally it will burn oil, but not enough to worry about.

you got a gifted engine
at 50k my transmission was swapped due to a grind in 3rd gear and now engine at almost 60k. My SM said i shouldnt have a problem with the replacement because its a "Updated NON-Rev up" motor, so we'll see how that goes..

I am getting ready to swap in a new built motor (Cosworth Short block) for twin turbos. My old motor is gonna be torn down rebuilt and put into my buddy's Sand Rail. LOL!!!
Just got my car back last night, my SM told me not to take it over 2500RPM for the first 1000 miles and that if i did he has a way to tell. this is gonna be so hard to do. has anyone else had to do this? i thought it would be under 4k or something. not 2500!
