Man Bruh. im so sorry you got beat like that. did you come to the forums first? 27k is over 10k too much for an '04. they'll ALL under 20k these days, with lower miles.

Should I be going to Infiniti and arguing the void manufactureres warranty? or to Carbiz, to argue the car they sold me.. Which has had 4 or 5 problems now in 1 month.

Well, LEGALLY, they waranteed you for 30 days. If you encountered a problem and took it back PREVIOUS to 30 days, they cant just stop working on it on day 31. That would be like keeping you busy until the 30th day is over. Hopefully, you have some proof that you took it back (receipt). Them doing an oil changed did NOT fix the problem so in theory, they should and WILL have to take it back and or fix it as you reported a problem WITHIN the 30 days. You just have to go by the appropriate channels to get that done.

Also, like someone mentioned, you shoud get the print out from Nissan. That is the PROOF that the problem that inherited existed Prior to you owning it, WHILE IT WAS UNDER 30 DAY WARANTEE, and NOW..which means that that did not cover it when they guaranteed that they would.

This is actually a pretty easy case. but be clear to state the facts of the matter. Again, remember that you took the car back to them WITHIN the 30-day warantee and they didnt fix the problem.

I would go back up there and demand a diferent car if they have others. Thats the WIN WIN for both of you.

in the future, only buy from places that guarantee their cars for a longer period of time. these are very dependable cars.

No, a COLD AIR INTAKE (as in, putting the intake in your wheel well where water can get sucked in) can cause this. Thats why I NEVER messed with those. You are only gonna get so much more power, man.

Dont buy cars with "lots of mods". Thats a rule of thumb...

I agree!!! They were too high in the first place. Just get your money back and go somewhere else. You can even go cheaper at the actual infiniti dealer. TRUST ME. Autotrader.com

i would get every fvcking nickel back from them and tell them to shuve that car up their a$$es

i'd slap them with a lawsuit if they tried to fvck me around...as soon as the lawyer shows up at their door or you give them some legal papers they'll change their tune immediately because they know it won't be worth it for them to pursue even trying to win

The car was 20,700.
2 grand for taxe and tags.
2 grand , or a little over for 40k bumper to bumper.
So all in all, I think the grand total was around 26 sorry not 27.

I did not pay 27k for the car itself. I stated that in here already.
Now the extended warranty will cover motor, but im trying to get out of a deuctible, because I have 2 documented times within 30 days of, me taking it to them with motor problems.

And them changing my oil? Trying to fix it? haha.

My father says they are legally obligated now to fix it, because its an ongoing problem.

They ran a compression test today, that contradicts what Infiniti told me from 2 years ago.

I know I made a mistake going to them, its over now.

I hope they just refund my money, But the likely hood of that is slim.

I will probably, get bull**** fixes from them untill I pay out of pocket for a new motor.

I dont know.

Don't let her get you down. This is clearly not your fault. Hold your ground and get your money back. These guys are not to be trusted for anything. It may take a bit (you are 17 and they've gotten you once) but just get the money back and go from there. Hope it goes well tomorrow.
