my state also requires the plate, when ordering the car i told them no front plate and no dealer badge or emblem. They told me i would get a ticket without the plate so i told them i was ordering the tow hook bracket (which i had no intention of doing) so that was that. About the only two things i was satisfied with after my dealings.

That is one of the stipulations that I get out of the way first. I even told them no plates on my 02 Honda Civiv EX!
