satellite radio and aux input

OK, I just purchased a 06 g35 coupe. It has factory sat radio. Is it possible to also have an mp3 input installed? One of the parts guys I talked to today at the local dealer said it is either one or the other but not both. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the help. My G35 is on the way from CO. I am eagerly awaiting it and doing a little research on how I can set it up the way I want it!
