It amazes me that there is such a car culture in Cali when everything I read on here shows what a pain that state is about cars. I can't believe that they allows cops who may not know squat about cars to look under your hood and just decide on the spot that something is illegal. Or the guy on here who didn't pass smog inspection because of grounding wires! It seems like 80% of the people on here are from Cali and are really into their cars but just about anything they do is illegal. People may think we are hicks or whatever here in Indiana but at least we can put an exhaust on our cars without having to wonder when we are going to get a ticket for it!
