If it's worth it totally depends on what your goals are with modifying your car. An intake is a good, easy step for a newbie.

gmurder....? Welcome to Driver!

There's no real HP gains with the intake by itself, just sound. The least
expensive way is to get a K&N drop in filter but I'd definitely get the Z-Tube.
To get more opinions about intakes do a SEARCH, I know there's a lot of
information available!

i had the fujita short ram, it sounded great, but i definitely noticed a loss in low end. i also had a check engine code thrown because of it. i sold it, and got a z tube w/popcharger. This combo sounds just as good, if not better, and i got my low end power back. so in my opinion, i dont think the fujita is worth it. although the black one does look great!

Got my Fujita little over 2 years now. No code throws, + - 2hp doesn't really matter.

Most of the CAI for the g35 usually end up losing u some horsepower.. i know all the advertising says otherwise... but if u look around on this forum ull see all the explanations.. basically the g's stock airbox is pretty proficient as it is and when u take that off ur gonna get some heat soak wit ur intake which = power loss..

the z tube stock airbox k&n filter drop works well .. and the z tube and popcharger works well also..

If your wondering why exactly almost everyone goes wit a ztube.. its cause the stock tube for the g has components inside that restrict some power and makes it alittle quiter..(the g being the luxury version of the 350z) so ur intake will be louder and ull feel a lil more low end power.
