ride quality???

i just bought a 05 g35 and the ride quality is real rough... just wondering is it suppose to ride like that??? i can feel like every little dip and bump... when i go over a speed bump i jump out of my seat... i have warranty on it for a few more months and was wondering if i should bring it in to get the shocks looked at... any info would help... thanks

your alignment could be off, too. if you hit the slightest bump and it feels like your ride is jumpy or losing traction, it could be the alignment.

It should not be rough if you are on OEM suspension..
So... it can be because of blown shocks Or your suspension is upgraded to aftermarket.

S/B Slightly firm not rough....:)

You don't crawl over speed bumps.... This is something you need to do, when you see a sign that says DIP slow down. You're driving a luxury
coupe not a 4X4, keep that in mind. Rough ride, shouldn't be rough....maybe
firm. Find a knowledgeable independent brake/alignment shop and ask them
to check you car out. Never go to a Dealership unless you have warranty
work, unless of course you enjoy getting screwed....that's just the way it is!

I couldn put it any bettr myself.. Soo I'll just say well put Gary lol
Yea.. Are cars are more luxurious versions of 350z's but are still made wit performane in mind..u don't want a fast car wit a loose suspension.. I actually love how stiff my ride is and it's only gonna get stiffer when I put on son coilo overs 0...

U wanna feel nice and comfy in ur ride get a prius ... Leave the rough stuff to the big boys

do you have the sport pkg? the ride is sorta rough if you have it, but it also depends a lot on which tires you have on it. if you have the bridgestones they aren't exactly comfortable, I switched to PS2's and the ride improved a lot

I agree, I fall asleep in a car with loose suspension, I drive my parents Nissan Altima and I get bored. But yeah, almost every car I owned has had some sort of sport tuned suspension and lowered so it just comes natural to drive slow on certain roads and dips and speed bumps.

I bought an 06 coupe with the sport suspension and it is pretty stiff. I like it that way but I can see where a lot of people wouldn't.
