Since you're not going to need the MREV2, might as well drop the $$$ on F.I., hfc's, I belive they're still on sale at the time. After dropping all those mods on your ride, you'll needd a tune. GL with your new hobby, I love my car with all my mods.

thanks a million for the advice guys, yeah it dose get pretty cold in the winters and hot in the summers. so installing the z tube i would lose HP??? and scratch out the motordyne mrev2 but keep the spacer right? im more going for looks right now i mostly want straight line fast don't get me wrong i like going fast around the curves but NM dosn't really have the best roads lol. the plan is go to FI but i dnt really have the money to spend on everything that would have to be done. when i do go FI would $13000.00 be a bad price for a full motor build and twin turbo kit installed?

Are you doing LEDs too? Otherwise it'll look to blended in. Personally I like a little contrast, and I would paint only the backing.

Not sure but so far, no plans on LED work. What do you mean by only painting the backing? Does that mean leaving the shroud untouched?

the "extra hp" is from the rev up engine on the 05-07 6mt.
