Everything else's been pretty well covered **ahem search*... but for the grounding look into Gordgee's GroundingGear.

I was kind of sceptical at first but figured what the hell and bought it; DEFINITELY the best $144 I've spent on my car (I got express shipping) All the electronics work better, stereo sounds better, my car has WAY better throttle responce, smoother & quicker revs, and my gas mileage went up by at least 10%.
And besides, it kind of looks cool with all the cables snaked around the engine

"Better" is all subjective... Fast Intentions and HKS Hi Power are two of the more popular exhausts; I did tons of research and decided on the FI for my 06 coupe. The gains in HP are pretty much the same; only noticable difference is the look, sound, and price. Listen to other people's set-ups and figure out what YOU want. It's your car...Originally Posted by 240kiid

They're both solid exhaust systems and will sound nothing like a ricer's honda.Originally Posted by 240kiid

When you drop $1500 on some exhaust,,, you can expect some quality.

I went w/ JWT Popcharger for the Air Filter and a Z Intake Tube.. Also went w/ a motordyne 1/2" plenum spacer.
You might also want to see if you can catch the tail end of the group buy going on for Sean's Grounding Kit.. Check my sig for the link

for my first mods i thought i would go with the following:
Z Tube/Pop Charger/Filter Oil Combo- $195
5/16" Plenum Spacer- $198
Clear corners- $39
I was also thinking of blackening my lights but wasnt sure how it would look on a black exterior. What do you think? I wanted to stay under $500 cuz i will be buying 4 new tires for $1000 as well.

^^almost everybodys first buy....look at the mrev2 when you get more money to take full advantage of all that extra air you intake will be sucking in....MORE POWER!!!
