So basically what they're saying, get the plenum spacer and then save for FI if you crave the moar power.

Okay and what size spacer should I get? Also is there anything I should do for power in the mean time? I've heard good and bad about headers. Install is no problem for me so that doesn't affect it.

Nobody has 315whp NA even with every single bolt on and a tune. There have been a couple that bust 300, but that's very rare and extremely costly, so even if they had 315, it wouldn't be due to just a skunk spacer. That big plenum thing is garbage, man. Just go FI if you want the power.

EDIT: I just followed the other link and this guy is turbo'd with cams, headers, etc. So you have to take that into account. He's still only gaining about 15hp at peak and you wouldn't see anywhere near that NA. Its nothing to concern yourself with.
From wikipedia.

"In the 2005 and 2006 model years, those with automatic transmissions (both sedan and coupe) produced 209 kW (284 PS; 280 hp) and 366 N·m (270 lb·ft) of torque, while those with manual transmissions produced 222 kW (302 PS; 298 hp) and 350 N·m (258 lb·ft) of torque (again, both in sedan and coupe form)."

Noobs mann..

If you go with 1/2 just note that you won't be able to use the engine cover and I think a strut bar as well, not 100% on that. Most go with the 5/16 from MD. I personally have the AAM one and love it.

As far as headers, what I've heard is that the effort is not worth the gains. For most people, it will be a huge hassle taking apart and lifting the motor just to mount those babies up. I am one of those people as I plan on going FI far down the road and seems unneccessary to mess with the manifold until that point. However, to each their own.
It would be a good learning experience and probably satisfying on the butt dyno afterwards
Those with personal header experience would probably be the ones to talk to

Did I sell that spacer to you? Did you ever get dyno numbers with it on?

I do believe you did, and I have not gotten any numbers with that on. Haven't really been doing any modding to the G lately.

I do not yet have the money for F/I but do have money for other modifications. I am wondering what else is there to do for my car for the best gains? The next thing I was looking at was the plenum spacer but I have not decided on size. I read a forum where these guys made a larger manifold on their own and the car with just that alone was pushing 318rwhp so I'm guessing the 1/2 inch based off of that? I would greatly appreciate any help.
The entire point of a plenum spacer is to smooth out the flow of air inside the plenum so that all cylinders receive the same amount of air. Unless you're boosted, any size plenum spacer will usually work the same. The only exception is that since airflow is somewhat more limited without boost, a larger plenum spacer might hinder performance.

Can someone help me please? I can't access a lot of stuff, for example post my car in the classifieds or even read the rules about private classifieds. This is the message I get:
